Meeting Your Expectations.
Pre-shoot
We like to take care of the details before our photography sessions. So before we shoot, we’ll help plan your wardrobe and discuss your goals for the session. If you plan on purchasing wall art, we also like to do a pre-assessment and take measurements of your space. We also require a signed contract and the fee paid in full.
Session
We’ll meet at our pre-determined location (typically within a 50-mile radius of Kansas City, Missouri) during the golden hour. All you have to do is hang out with your family and love them. Unless we discussed otherwise, expect that there will be a small amount of walking and interaction with nature. No fake smiles or awkward poses are required.
Post-shoot
After your family session, hand-editing your images will take 2-4 weeks. I’ll send you the link to your online gallery. From there, you can select the images that you would like printed. If you’d like additional items, you can purchase those through the online gallery, but I’m happy to offer advice or hold your hand through the process.
We Think Prints Matter.
Whether you gravitate towards one of our custom gallery walls or a handcrafted photo album, we make sure that everything you select leaves behind a legacy of love.
Our specialty is fine art and legacy prints, gallery art, handmade photo albums, and folios. While we do give our clients digital files, we highly recommend investing in our heirloom-quality artwork.
